If you could have a personal maid to serve you, would you?

I think it would be great to have a personal servant to do all the chores around the house, cook, clean, do laundry, run my errands and wait on me. I also think it would be great to come home, kick of my shoes, have them fetch me a glass of wine and then massage my feet while I watched tv. While I realize this is only a dream, I still think about it often.





In terms of gender, I would prefer another woman given the close bond between a Lady and her maids. How about you, what would you like?

Except I%26#039;d have to be rich enough to pay her/him a fair/living wage with full benefits. Otherwise, it%26#039;s exploitation for picking up after an adult.

Reply:Yea, I%26#039;d love a maid, and I would prefer if it was a woman. Ooh, and my maid and I live in a mansion in the English countryside, where I dress in lovely victorian gowns, and have a giant library (like the one in beauty and the beast) filled with all my favourite books, and many more. I%26#039;d also have a chef, butler, etc. and my husband Edward and I would live their quite happily until one day when we had some company staying over (royalty obv....heehee), there will be a series of horrendous murders, and we all go around trying to solve the murders, and in the end Lord Ronyld (fancy spelling) would confess that he had done it with the candlestick, in the conservatory! Oh and I shall have 3 cats, and a bunny! Okay, Hurrah! So thats what I%26#039;m going to do when I get a maid...lol :)
Reply:frankly, i wouldnb%26#039;t feel comfortable with a maid. I would want a nanny because i am not going to be a stay at home mom and i may get a housekeeper as well for house cleaning etc but i dont like being served. It would drive me nuts

Reply:a lady because i%26#039;m a male and males rubbing another male%26#039;s foot is just gay. plus women are much better suited to be maids instead of men because generally, (we/ or some) men are lazy and just don%26#039;t wanna do anything when they get home from work.
